Key word Definition
ASIAN & EUROPEAN Usual standard in the automotive industry to refer collectively to Toyota, Nissan, Honda, BMW, Renault, Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen primarily.
BBVA BANCOMER CREDIT Means the syndicated loan agreement concluded on November 21, 2014, between BBVA Bancomer, S.A. Multiple Banking Institution, BBVA Bancomer Financial Group, as a creditor, administrative and collateral agent, Rassini Suspensiones, S.A. de C.V. as accredited and other financial institutions as creditors.
BRAKES DIVISION The Brakes division comprises the machining plant of disks, drums and hubs for braking systems.
BYPASA Bypasa, S.A. de C.V., is integrated by the plant of bushings and clamps for suspension systems in San Juan del Rio, Queretaro, México.

DETROIT THREE Usual standard in the automotive industry to refer collectively to General Motors, Ford and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA).
DRUMS Cast iron housing bolted to the wheel that rotates around the brake shoes. When the shoes are expanded, they rub against the machined inner surface of the brake drum and exert a braking effect upon the wheel to slow or stop the vehicle.
DUCTILE IRON This iron is obtained by adding magnesium to melted iron, carbon deposits as spheroids graphite and is more ductile, resistant and elastic than gray iron.
EBITDA Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization. EBITDA is not a measure of financial performance recognized by the IFRS or GAAP.
ELASTOMERS Rubber components or subcomponents used to reduce noise and vibration.
